This document is an instruction on how to download videos with Download Videos Pro for Google Chrome users. Download Videos Pro is designed to work with Internet Explorer, however because Google Chrome shares the same settings with Internet Explorer, the program is able to work with Google Chrome by default. Step 1: Download and install Download Videos Pro
Go to the download page to save the Download Videos Pro setup file on your computer, and run the setup file step by step to install it on your computer.
Step 2: Start Download Videos Pro
After installation, start the program by double clicking on its shortcut on your desktop, or choosing it from the Start menu -> All Programs -> Download Videos Pro.
Download Videos Pro opens Internet Explorer by default when it starts. You can stop it by change the settings. To change the setting, go to File -> Settings in the main menu and uncheck the box of Launch Internet Explorer after starting.
Step 3: Browse video websites with Google Chrome
When Download Videos Pro is running, any online videos you watch in Google Chrome will be detected by the program. The program lists the video download links it captures. You can preview the video by clicking on the video file link in the video list. To pause or play the preview video, simply click on the preview video.
Step 4: Download videos
Click on the Download Video Now! button, or choose File -> Save video as from the main menu to start the download process with the download software in your default browser.
If you wish to use other download tools to download the videos, you can copy the download links from the list by choosing File -> Copy video URL then paste them to your download tools.
Step 5: Play the videos
To play the FLV video files you download with Download Videos Pro, you need a FLV player. For more details, please see How to play FLV videos.
